Sovet Rynka supports only 2 proposals to help out Deripaska’s cos

MOSCOW, May 29 (PRIME) -- Russian power market regulator Sovet Rynka (Market Council) has supported only two proposals of measures to help the sanctioned assets of Oleg Deripaska, head of the regulator Maxim Bystrov told reporters on Tuesday.

“We have supported only a decrease of cross-subsidies (of Irkutskenergo) in Irkutsk and a possibility to sign direct deals (of energy supply) with RusHydro and Rosenergoatom,” Bystrov said.

Kommersant business daily reported on Monday that En+ Group of Deripaska, hit by the U.S. sanctions in April, asked the government for incentives on the power market.
